Philippé markets meat from domesticated ostriches slaughtered under strict European Union regulations at the Grahamstown Ostrich Export Abattoir. Our delicious tasting steaks and fillets from the Eastern Cape Province of South African are enjoyed in the top restaurants in Europe and Asia.

Various cuts are packaged in 10kg boxes (4 X 2.5kg vacuum packs) which are either sold fresh (air-freighted, with a shelf life of 40 days after packaging) or frozen (sea-freighted, with a shelf life of 24 months after packaging).
